WHO IS BAILEY MERAVIGLIA
Bailey discovered her passion for movement later in life, starting with track and field and karate before finding her true calling in CrossFit while studying art. What began as curiosity quickly became a lifelong pursuit of strength, performance, and self mastery. Today, Bailey is the affiliate owner and head coach of Stroud CrossFit, where she leads athletes of all levels to move with purpose and confidence. She’s a seasoned competitor with nearly a decade of elite experience, holding certifications including CrossFit L1 & L2, ISSA/AAAI CPT, and Precision Nutrition (PN1).
