Refund policy

All UGL Team Shop products are made to order and fulfilled by our third-party print partner, Printful. Because of this, returns and refunds work a little differently than with traditional retail.

Wrong Item? Damaged? Let Us Know.

If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to report the issue. We’ll make it right.

If your package was lost in transit, you also have 30 days from the estimated delivery date to submit a claim.

To report a problem, submit a claim through Printful or reach out to us directly and we’ll help you through it.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each item is made on-demand just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizes, or general preference. Please check the size guide before ordering.

Size exchanges may be possible, but only at your own expense—we’d need to place a brand new order for you. (Sorry, we don’t keep inventory.)

Face masks and other hygiene-sensitive products are final sale and cannot be returned for any reason.

Shipping Issues

If the wrong address was provided and the order is returned to Printful, you’ll be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Unclaimed packages will also be returned and held for 30 days—after that, they’ll be donated to charity, and no refund will be issued.

EU Customers

Under Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom or personalized goods—which includes everything in our store.

TL;DR

We stand by the quality of our gear and will always fix mistakes. But since everything is made-to-order, we can’t take returns unless it’s a genuine issue with the product.
