Shipping policy

All United Grid League gear is made to order and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner, Printful. That means your items are produced just for you once you place an order—no warehouses, no stockpiles, just fresh gear, printed and shipped on demand.

Fulfillment Time

Orders typically take 2–7 business days to be printed and packed before shipping. Most orders ship out within 3–5 days, but busier seasons (like holidays or product drops) may push that to the full 7.

Once fulfilled, delivery time depends on your location:

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.

International Orders & Customs

We ship globally, but please note: international shipments may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. We don’t control these fees—they’re set by your local government.

Lost or Stuck Shipments

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time frame, please reach out to us or submit a problem report with Printful. Lost packages must be reported within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
