WHO IS BRANDON FARRAR?
Brandon’s athletic journey began early, first as a football player and track athlete growing up in New Jersey. His passion for fitness started around age 12, when daily push-ups and pull-ups became part of his routine. That early discipline and love for movement eventually led him to discover CrossFit in 2018, where he found a new level of purpose and competition.
