Who is Daniel Lynne?

Based in Jersey City, New Jersey, Daniel Lynne has spent much of his life surrounded by water and movement. A former high school swimmer and water polo player, Daniel carried his athletic drive into college, where he continued competing in water polo, a sport that taught him early lessons in discipline, teamwork, and endurance.

Coaching Journey & Philosophy

Today, Daniel channels that same competitive spirit into coaching. As co-owner and head coach at CrossFit Union Square, he leads classes across all levels, with a special focus on developing competitive athletes. Known for his hands-on approach and commitment to community, Daniel is dedicated to helping others unlock their potential both in and out of the gym.

Armed with CrossFit Level 2 (CFL2) and USA Weightlifting Level 1 (USAW L1) certifications, Daniel’s expertise spans strength, conditioning, and movement efficiency. His approach combines technical precision with a passion for performance and growth.
