WHO IS FRITZ BAUTISTA?

Fritz grew up in the Philippines, earning scholarships through swimming and volleyball. After moving to the U.S., he explored intramural sports and discovered CrossFit in early 2018, the sport that reignited his passion for fitness and competition. Since then, he’s developed into a dedicated athlete and coach, known for his work ethic, leadership, and drive to push limits.

Achievements

- 2021 – 6th Place Overall, 1st Age Group (Spartan Beast)
-2021 – 44th Overall, 4th Age Group (HYROX)
-2024 – 16th Philippines (CrossFit Open), 517th Asia (CrossFit Quarterfinals)
-2025 – 1914th USA (CrossFit Open)

Goals

To execute and deliver the team’s game plan with precision and purpose to dominate, perform at the highest level, and proudly represent the NY Wolves. Fritz aims to build meaningful connections, challenge himself, and grow into a stronger athlete and competitor who earns respect through consistency, effort, and heart.

Motivation
