Who is Mike Rosa?
Mike Rosa’s athletic journey began with soccer and lacrosse before finding his true calling in Olympic Weightlifting and CrossFit. Over the years, he’s built a reputation for dedication, resilience, and an unrelenting drive to improve both as an athlete and as a coach. As the head coach and owner of Black Bear Athletics, Mike trains and mentors athletes of all levels, sharing his passion for strength, discipline, and smart programming. His extensive certifications including CrossFit Level 2, Weightlifting Level 1, Gymnastics Level 1, Strongman, and Lesson Planning & Programming reflect his deep commitment to the sport and its community.
