WHO IS KARA PETRUZZELLI
Kara Petruzzelli’s athletic journey began in the world of horseback riding, where she competitively showed Saddlebreds for nearly 15 years. After college, her drive for self-improvement led her to CrossFit initially as a way to lose weight, but quickly transforming into a deep passion for strength and performance.As she discovered her true potential, Kara shifted her focus toward competitive training, thriving in a team environment and eventually competing at the 2023 CrossFit Semifinals. Encouraged by a friend, she then stepped into the world of Strongman, where she quickly made an impact, qualifying for Strongman Nationals and even winning an event in her weight class.

Kara Petruzzelli is a highly accomplished professional in the realm of functional fitness, bringing a unique blend of expertise as a Registered Dietitian (RD) with a Master's degree in Sports Nutrition. As the Head Coach at Seven Victory Fitness Collective, she seamlessly integrates her passion for physical fitness with her extensive knowledge in nutrition to guide individuals toward achieving their optimal health and performance.
